Author: Marcin Młynarczyk    Published: 20 April 2009
Microsoft's Office Productivity Suite is to be upgraded during April. It will fix new bugs and security issues, but also it will introduce some new features. It will be released through the Windows Update Tool and Windows Server Update Services. One of the new improvements coming to Microsoft Office 2007 is support for the Open Document Format (ODF). There will be ability to open and save as an ODF file. This may be the case for anyone that uses an open-source productivity suite or works with someone who uses open-source software. The second upgrade comes in the form of the ability to save documents in a PDF format. Both upgrades will undoubtedly make Microsoft Office 2007 that much more useful.
